Again, TG, a scammer's paradise raises it's ugly head.

I'll read through this tomorrow but you folks that use TG are nucking futs as that is nothing more than a hell hole.

@BassTrackerBoats , i think it’s enough of this, here is my defense.
First of all, my signature (as the moderators can see in my history) has not been modified in a while, exactly I do not remember the time but if I am very sure that it was before the accuser contacted me, and if it has not been modified after the incident then all the following must be taken into account for a decision.

The accuser has stated in most of all his posts that he has contacted me directly on telegram through my contact link, right? That proof that the user has been in contact with me or my bot a while ago! How do I know?

The message that was used for the alleged scam is a message from me that I used before on my bot that is offline for months now. (in my profile it is written), in addition to the message the guy states that he contacted me directly to telegram when it is impossible to do it now, since my direct contact user in telegram does not direct to my account, so how did he contact me? Clearly in his captures and in all his messages he claims to have contacted me directly, as he did? I can also explain it.

I used my direct link to telegram in my signature and even the direct access to my bot (this can also be verified by the moderators who sent me a warning, I did not think that a warning would save me but yes, it seems that it will be so) but my link is not available either to my bot, or to my account directly. So, again, how did you contact me?

He continues to say that the user Software Engineer has blocked him from telegram, but we all know that when an account blocks another account the message that says is Long time ago, and not recently. So that account you apparently talked to has not blocked you, why do you keep saying yes?
You not even have posted a screenshot of the Profile in telegram!

Now how do you plan to respond? You continue to defame me and say things about me that are not real and that I have never shown anything similar here. My behavior in the forum has nothing to do with this dispute but I think they are points to keep in mind, we can't pay fair for sinners.

Again, I didn’t mentioned you to contact me through TELEGRAM , that was your decision, it’s convenient to say that you reached me using my signature link , you are the one who contact in telegram and didn’t confirm the contact in private.
You never contacted me, I contacted you through the forum and then you decided to send me the message that you were going to start the dispute but nothing you bought is registered in our conversation, there is nothing to worry about. The conversation you have in screenshots even forgot to write to you, how can this be possible if according to you we were talking in the forum?

All i have to say is, your contact is still in your bio directly to your telegram... you're switching between saying i got scammed and texted someone else and then you're also saying i'm fabricating evidence. Tell me genuinely which is it?

if I texted someone else why would I text anyone other than the contact YOU still have in your bio? Why would I scam myself to be talking to another person? So that just shows you have a scammer that isn't you linked to your bio?

If i fabricated evidence than how would I apparently "know" your alleged message featuring your old bots which you clearly said was offline for months now. The funny thing is that I made the post asking to buy a bot barely a few weeks ago on July 24 in which YOU replied to... Which then I texted you on telegram after.

So then how would I know anything about your old bot features that you said you had offline for months?

Why didn't you reply to me when I said I was filing a dispute a whole week ago and saying I want a refund?
because you deleted both our messages thinking you can get away with it.

Only now you respond when I had to file this dispute and you don't seem clueless like you didn't know what's going on.

And so if I fabricated the evidence I know exactly how you speak? You admitted "Yes I say scrapper, yes I use python (ver.)" but no explanation behind that.


Also you didn't block me but actually tried to delete your telegram username but in the video it quite literally shows the contact leading to that account.

Did you really think that I’m so dumb to use my own words against me? I’m doing my own thing right here, i don’t have no reason to lie.

I have no reason to give explanations that no moderator has asked me. You are using your own evidence, even affirming that it's still me. Let's wait then.

This dispute has too many holes to be conclusive so I'm going to call it a draw.
