Summary of Dispute :- around a week ago we have placed order to @tesn76 regarding google ads service , at the starting he was so polite and responsive , as we have closed the deal and transferred him the money , after that he was not even seeing our messages , and ignoring him, we asked him many time about the progress and proofs of progress, he just shared an ad image and said working , we asked for remote access but he was always making it to be delayed , after wait of long 7 Days , he told us that ads will be live on Monday, today, he said submitted your keywords for the approval, we said to share video or give us the access, he have not even shared anything , that confirms that he was working on our project. when we asked for the refund he deleted the group, and chat from telegram.

You paid $1295 for ads for a person who join on 2024 and paid $97 for premium member

Why don't you give $100 or $200 for test run first?

if you asked for test run and that user run then your loss will be less but you decided to go high and there was very high chance of run after paying $1295

that person now join with other name and buy $97 premium membership

The person you shared is going under threads offering everything. Oh yeah, he is here to scam regardless of who he is.

The worst part is mods can't do anything if there is no valid proof against the guy, and he only need something like proxy and payment method to repeat the cycle.

Why they do this is the question? Because people end up paying them. This never ends, unfortunately.

People are even bad at calculating. They say he bought membership for X and scammed for Y amount.

You even have no idea how many people he was able to scam. So you can't calculate nothing.

Someone is capable to afford $10k loss and move on, while other will start dispute over $50.

Hiring more staff is not the solution, but to be more sensible with the level of trust people put in someone they never dealt with online.
If a seller insists on crypto payment, it raises the level of risk, right? That's also a pretty expensive service, it also raises the level of risk.
To balance the risk, you need to deal with someone who's profile is worth more than what they charge.
Don't buy a $1200 service from someone who signed up yesterday, but from someone with a long standing sales thread or an old and active account.

It's not 100%, but it would've saved you 1200.

No amount of staff would be able to replace common sense, and to even suggest that hiring more staff would help, takes the initial responsibility one should have for their own money from them.

how will you procceed with services that takes months to show results? (Linkbuilding), how are you gonna do it for SMM panels where 99% of users add balances of less than 10 bucks? how are you gonna do it with VA services?

Also BHW needs a licence to offer escrow services. It's not a straight forward solution you know?

The easy solution? Due diligence.

I've been in IM for more than 2 decades. Never been scammed.

My top 3 red flags:

1- Crypto payment.
2- Telegram, Skype correspondance.
3- Refusing to do a zoom meeting.

Also if something is too good to be true, then it's most definitely a scam. We're in 2024, you can basicaly detect scammers just by the way they communicate.

Additional bonus: Personally (and that's my OWN personal opinion), I think that ads and campaigns managment services NEVER work. The extreme majority WILL finish in a shit list. This particular service and anything that is related to it is just not working here on the forum.

The easy thing? Due diligence. Been in IM for more than 2 decades. Never been scammed.

Due diligence is key. There are accounts just like the accused posting here right now.

In this specific dispute, the accused had no reviews, trust, or vouches of any kind. The account was barely 3 months old. They quickly posted approx. ~30 messages to increase their post count outside of Lounge threads at the start, purchased Premium membership, and immediately started replying to WTB and HAF threads and luring people to their TG account, offering multiple services such as Google Ads accounts, Facebook accounts, Amazon reviews, Google reviews, IG Ads, Chaturbate traffic, and more.

I know it's easier said than done, but you can avoid getting scammed by simply looking at people's accounts. Obviously, this person will return because the ROI is too big to miss out on this scam method, but still, next time, be more careful and only deal with members who preferably have years of experience, lots of reviews, and an actual active Sales thread on this forum.

I doubt that too, because i want to order to this id, but he said he will accept only Crypto, he will not accept order at fiverr upwork or even at escrow.com, so i suspect and didn't place the order, and now i read this :/.

thousands of people have mention that early. I don't think they really care about it, Maybe they love to handle issues in resolution center.
