Hello,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
We're actually surprised by the fact that users can open a dispute even 17 months after purchase. Most marketplaces and financial institutions, like Amazon, eBay, and PayPal, have a limit of 6-9 months. How are we expected to resolve a dispute for a client who has used our services continuously for 17 months? This doesn't appear to be fair.
Regarding the user's concerns:
1. The user bought the application at a large discount on March 20. All lifetime versions include only 6 months of free support, after which a new license key is needed. Despite the agreement, this user kept sending support requests even after the support period ended. When he didn't get free support, he started blackmailing us with negative reviews, disputes, etc. Here's some of the emails and chats we received from the user after clearly stating that the support period has expired:
2. The free support period is clearly stated on our website, as shown here. Obviously, there's no company in the world—and can't be—that offers lifetime application access, lifetime new features & updates, and lifetime support as this user expects!

3. We never promised new updates and features for lifetime buyers. We are only responsible for providing the features available at the time of purchase. The user can't demand additional versions, features, or support.
4. The bridge mode was never meant to generate IPs from other ISPs and locations. We clearly stated that IPs are generated by the ISP and are suitable for "Local SEO." This is clearly mentioned in the sale thread and our website descriptions:

"ATB uses your ISP for changing IP!! It means IPs are completely clean & pure, and unlimited."

We've also stated it in the FAQ of our product's page:

5. There are no ongoing issues with the application (V1.7.6.4). Although we didn't promise new features, we released many after his purchase without charging him. He initially bought version V1.6.8, and we have released over 8 versions and patches since then. The changes log is available on our product's page.
6. Version 2 of the application has been redesigned and offered as limited plans with features for enterprise users. We haven't limited his lifetime access to what he's purchased, and version 1.7.6.4 is totally functional; the user agents and vital fingerprints are getting updated daily and are still usable, though it doesn't have new features. The users can also willingly convert their license key to the new subscription plan and use more enterprise-tailored features.

7. We've blocked him from purchasing new services from us since a long time ago. We're not interested in any further transactions or communication with this client after all the trouble they've caused now and then. So, definitely forcing him to purchase a new service is not a valid claim. If he's interested in using our other services, we're not interested in providing them any.
8. The user has been using the bot almost daily, even on days he was complaining about it. He's used and activated the bot on more than 3 devices over time. We can attach all the access details if it's asked and necessary, as it includes personal information we're not doing it now.
9. Version 1.7.6.4 is statically compiled, and we don't have access to it and the core functions. His claim is false and seems to be an attempt to get free support or access to a new subscription plan by the excuses of "make V1.7 version as trouble-free as it used to be".
10. They are totally free not to pay any fees for extra services. We are also free not to provide any services outside the promised scope.
11. I'm unsure what resolution we can offer for a user who has already cost us significantly. 17 months of constant usage, server updates, maintenance, and numerous support inquiries already far exceed the value of what he paid. However, we can offer one thing as a resolution:
We can provide the same version and license key the client uses so a verified moderator can check the functionalities and confirm whether it's working. If the application works, we will permanently ban his access to the application and our website as compensation for the trouble and time spent on this case.
If the application doesn't work, we'll accept the loss and refund the user. The user can then enjoy their gone 17 months of free access. They'll still be banned from making any new purchases.
If you, the BHW team, and the accuser accept this offer, we can proceed with this solution.
If the user doesn't accept this, please feel free to proceed with any necessary actions.
Best Regards,
