There are plenty of websites, which compile offers from different networks. Just go to them , search for the vertical and choose the offers depending upon your traffic. Then sort them out according to network's authority.

For me the EPC is very important, and if I have multiple options in my hand: testing is the key to keep going or stop (starting with the best payout for sure ).
And about the adv just make sure it's not against the forum rules.
