Summary of dispute: So @hallo002 responded to a WTB thread on BHW that he has openAI credit for sell: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/wtb-openai-credit-account.1623041/post-17989610


From there, I messaged him with my telegram details. We initiated a deal of 5 openAI account for $500. He asked me to pay $250 he'll supply two

Then the remaining when I completed payment.
Beforehand, he had already invited me as a reader to the said account.


After payment, I asked him to make me owner but he never responded despite being online.

Called him severally but no answer.


Next he came on BHW and said it's false claim.
We can also do a TRC scan of the transaction for confirmation.

What I hope to gain from this dispute resolution: He should provide the account I paid for or refund me.

Black Hat World staff members will not contact you outside of BHW at any point regarding your dispute. BHW staff members do not use Telegram, Skype, Discord, Whatsapp, etc under any circumstances. My Telegram was @NovaHallo and some one created @ @NovaHalIo and that user on top with search

there is L and i difference

even my username not showing avatar on search

some people connected on that then when they sent me pm in bhw then they realize that is other username

Then someone reported my main telegram and that is ban. I am sure some one using that to scam so i added beware note on my signature and create new telegram

but guess what right after saving my signature there is lots of matching telegram created.

yes because he saved with that name. He created video later after saving. If he saved with name Heiko then he type heiko then same account will show
