They probably have some bot that searches for your product with a specific keyword and finds it. So internal traffic driven to your listings. Did you get an increase of favorites to your listing or shop?

i have used this ranking service for total 7 times from fiverr vendors. Every time they managed to rank. I did have sales increase every time. this worked best with my new stores. i have 2 running now
Hell lot of surprise that my visits stats were not inflated abnormally. it is not that my listings were searched a lot of times from proxies and clicked for registering visits. nope this is not the strategy behind this ranking process.

What the hell is the strategy to do this ranking man? any one got the grey matter to figure this out?
