The second point is the most Internet providers use an own DNS server and they safe the logs of all your internet activities.

Another part is, that in Europe the most mobile provider ask for ID identification if you buy a new sim card. And they can identify you about the IMEI Nr.

In my case, the user demanded naked pictures of women (In the meantime, more people have come forward) who were looking for a partner and then blackmailed them for money and threatened to publish the pictures on the Internet.
