Stolen Youtube Channel

I tried to sell my 2 year 35k channel and got scammed. I gave information of a new gmail account I made and put as a primary owner of the channel before I handed to the scammer.

Still, my primary email address which has been Primary owner of the channel since the beginning is in my hands.

They changed all the recovery options and I cannot get it back. Long story short, I contacted YT support through Twitter and they said: "Our internal teams have confirmed that this case involves a dispute with a third party. A third-party dispute can occur when a few users have access to one account and make changes to the channel. A third-party dispute isn’t considered hijacking. Unfortunately, as a policy, Google is not in a position to mediate disputes between third parties."

Is there any hope and any way I could possibly prove my ownership and get back my channel? I am also monetized (received payments in the past) and provided my Adsense ID. The Adsense account is still linked to the channel.

Heya, what do you mean by "get someone to recover my account?" And, yeah, I made a mistake. Thats it .. if there is any way to prove my ownership, I have every single evidence.

Just to clarify, was the scammer supposed to pay you in trust, or did you use Escrow for the transaction?

I used Escrow. They used a fake email address and pretended to be Escrow. Handed him all the details of the gmail account. They then removed all the recovery info and put new one. Also, removed my other Owner gmail of the channel, which was previously "Primary Owner" of the channel.

This is a bad advice...the guy is a scammer, he won't accept return the account before the payment. And if OP pays before, he will probably be scammed again

There is no guarantee bout this, I thought about it. How will we exchange again lol. He will try to scam me again. These people are quite organized and have done this type of scam in the past imo

So you transferred the account without seeing that the payment was initiated on your official Escrow account?

I have all the videos created from me and a freelancer. Adsense ID attached to the channel, payments I received on my own name wire transfers. Screenshots from the early starts, all information that noone else could possibly have but me. Social channels and website. Still, they don't want to move further with the case.
