Why some cards are declined on Facebook?

I checked more than 10 services vcc issuers - none of them have their own bin, why?

sometimes could be the bank or facebook it self why i dodn't know but facebook always blame the bank, if you have the same card on several account and different services could be suspicious for them or if that card have a lot of miss use reports.

For example, your card is from the US and your IP from Ukraine, it raises a red flag for them

Yeah, that could be it as well, but what proxy/cards collab to choose. Facebook cares a lot about region mismatch

Yes I tried the other card and it has worked, just found a right bin

1. Changed my ip using socks5 res proxy
2. Changed the card - different bin worked well

you can add ad account to other facebook profile then add tag i think it is because of your facebook profile
