1) Proof that the transaction began on BHW:

https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/selling-amazon-aws-ses-50k-simple-email-service-accounts-available-for-sale-with-exclusive-bhw-discount.1430589/page-6

Proof the other party has been informed of this Dispute Resolution: (Submit a screenshot of you informing the other party here) - See image below from July 1st. He blocked me on all Telegram accounts and everything else so this was the only remaining option:

2) Proof of Contact: (Submit screenshots showing that you have tried every reasonable form of contact such as emails, Skype, support tickets, etc)

The image for the previous bulletpoint should cover this in addition to the screenshots below this.

3) Proof of Transaction: (Proof that you purchased the product or service (i.e., a service agreement or an order receipt)

4) Summary of Dispute: (In roughly five sentences or less, concisely go over the issue)

@sravan4u took payment via cryptocurrency as you can see in the screenshots for AWS Simple Email Service account payment. This fine gentleman immediately after receiving payment assured me that he would deliver on our agreement and then proceeded to clear the chat and block me. This was after an initial fabrication that the 1st payment of $3,400.00 USD in cryptocurrency had been lost due to a "hacked" wallet. I had no way of reaching @sravan4u so I created a new Telegram to obtain his attention, and once I revealed that I was the same person that he just stole from, he cleared the chat and blocked me which you can also clearly see in the screenshots. The total I was taken for is $6,500.00 USD.

5) Evidence of the Issue: (Post screenshots or video evidence of the issues you encountered with the other party)

My hope is to receive a refund to rectify this matter.

7) (Optional) Additional Information: (If you need to go over the issue in more detail, please use this section to describe it)

Below is a full summary of this unfortunate situation:

Before I begin, I am not a newbie or anything of the sorts. I am 66 years old and have been in this business for longer than most here. Many of you may wonder how or why in the world one would send such large amounts to a random seller on the internet. You need to understand that we have worked together for an abundance of time now and this is for certain not out of the ordinary. Yes, a bit odd, but all large sums of money paid for services were at the very least delivered. This time this stellar indiviual clearly ran with it.

So in short, crypto funds had to be sent via BTC or USDT to Sravan for purchased accounts as well as the monthly bill that those accounts generated. Accounts in India are paid this way. He proceeded to come up with some nonsense about how his wallet was hacked and lost the $3400 USD that I sent him, but he did promise to make new AWS accounts and send them to me - inconvenient but not an issue as we've worked together for a long time.

So then this all began which you can see in the images below. He stated that the bills still had to be paid on the accounts which was true, so I sent just short of the amount of funds via crypto that I previously did. As you can also see I asked for confirmation that he paid the bills, and then you see me ask if he just cleared this chat. You might now ask how that is possible. Well everyone, if you look at the top of the first 3 images, it says "updating". I was on my desktop Telegram speaking with him when I noticed that all chat history had cleared so I swiftly grabbed my phone to see if it deleted there as well and it did not because my phone had dropped wifi signal for some reason. As quick as I could manage I took several screenshots until it updated after restoring wifi connection and I lost the rest of it.

So please browse the first 3 images to see proof of payment and everything required for a dispute. Then the fun part begins only because I had no other choice. On my significant other's phone I created a new Telegram account, and contacted Sravan via the link in his profile on BHW. As you can see I began a normal conversation with him asking if he has any AWS accounts available. After a day or so I confirmed that he was available just so I could make sure he read what I was about to tell him and screenshot it. Wellllllllll, as you can see I told him I was the guy he just robbed, and as I was typing out that I've already screenshot this, he cleared the chat AGAIN. These are shown in the last 5 images.

This is very straightforward. Please do whatever is necessary to help myself as well as others.

Thank you sir for the reply. However we both know that this is not the case. Any outsider reviewing our chat history on my telegram screen grabs can see that we had a friendly, personal relationship. Sravan has provided me with AWS accounts for more than 6 months on this same Telegram account and suddenly decided to steal my very hard earned money. As every member of this forum knows, an imposter is someone that creates a similar Telegram/Skype account so that you accidentally message the wrong Telegram account, pay them, then the scammer steals your funds. That was the not the case here being that we worked together on this Telegram account for more than half a year. There is no mistake or imposter here.

You continue to say "I always warn in my thread to be careful with imposters." as well as telling people to make sure to use the Telegram link in your profile. You and I know very well sir that this does not need to be proven to you, but for the benefit of the moderators of this great forum and others reading this, below is a screengrab of your telegram profile that we've spoken and conducted business on for 6 months, next to a screengrab of your t.me link that you provide everyone. I hope every member of this forum as well as the moderators reading this can see this is the exact same user. Anyone here can click his t.me link he provides https://t.me/sravanautonio and see that it brings them to the same destination. He has recently removed his image more than likely due to this dispute but below are the screengrabs.

There is no confusion here, he simply stole an extraordinary amount of funds from me and I need this rectified.

This is my telegram profile screenshot but it's not the case with the initial post.

The entire thread is the same profile you are using now to speak to me with which also matches your telegram info so I am not sure what you are talking about. It is very clear what you've done and I have given you several opportunities to make this right as a gentleman before resorting to this. There is no defense here as all the proof is portrayed above this. You know how to make this right.

#1 - stop using Telegram to sell as a trained monkey can impersonate anyone there.

#2 - you owe the party who did not get what they paid for.

#3 - @cblventure stop buying on Telegram as that is a scammer's paradise and I won't entertain another dispute where you bought from there.

@sravan4u are you planning on contacting me to resolve this dispute? It has been some time now with no communication.

You owe them.

Pay them.
Dude's not been online. Gonna wrap this up and ban him.

2 year track record with a 2013 account that's barely even interacted with the forum lol.

Dispute Summary

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.

Thank you. While this does not help me get my money back at the very least it will stop him from stealing from others on this forum. Are there any measures taken to be sure he doesn't simply sign up under another identity?

This is happening a lot. Old accounts then getting used recently. Post count gets spammed up to over 100. They buy JR VIP and then start selling and then scam people. People see it’s an old account and this it’s trust worthy. But without activity it’s not.

Someone pointed out that any accounts that have been dormant for a certain amount of time should be deleted. These are obviously just made for one reason.

Can confirm. Was just looking at one AWS Thread that got approved on Monday. 2011 account, no posts since Jun 25, 2011, but after 13 years they returned, started posting until they reached 100 posts and bought Jr.Vip, changed username and opened BST where they sell accounts for $1200.

Selling isn't easy as far as i know. Don't you need to submit your service/product to the moderators and it's approved only when it actually stand on the claim. So after moderators check the service a seller offers, it goes public. Then it comes down to the human intentions and there is absolutely no power that can predict that.

yes that is true

actually old account is not a problem

Problem is big money

like in this dispute user sent $3000 twice. That is very big money for many country.

For Buyer
  • my opinion is buy only 1-2 account at a time and immediate post on bst that you bought and waiting for delivery. In this way they are bound to deliver fast and they can't make false promises.
  • Never send big amount all at once.
  • If you are buying account then check account via anydesk
  • Always use bhw pm for payments
Admin/Mod

you can add active user option on people profile. So user can see that is active seller or temp seller.
