Advertise on BHW
I suggest purchasing a few aged accounts and BM as a backup for situations like this.

Hi !
Risk payment errors can have several causes:
- Because your bank card is on Meta's blacklist (Please change to another bank card)
- Because you added payment at a strange IP address, FB has such a warning (please file an appeal with FB support)
=> Please change your social nick and another card and try adding again, I think it will be Ok

Some time ago I also encountered the same error, then I used another card and added it again and it solved the problem.

It's a good way to be honest. A good agency will help you with their strong account. They also carry the risk for you. The amount of fee now is not very high as well.
 
If the issue persists, consider using a different payment method or account.
 
I think you can do this. you add a new payment method and try again. If not, your account has a money hold error and cannot be fixed. must change to a new account
