Add another card, but don't add an internet card. Facebook doesn't like that, and you can easily get banned.
 
I'd prefer to juts move on and buy another aged account...this one is fucked
 
Try adding a fresh card and appeal first. If that fails, you will have to buy aged account from agencies, which are better option in my opinion tbh.
Safer accounts, less hassles, less headaches.
 
I recommend waiting 72 hours before adding a new card
 
Please try with a new card and a new via, I think the problem will be fixed
 
You should find an agent, they will provide everything and handle the errors for you, save your time.
 
either a new card or contact customer support, that is only meta support can help you, could be your bank flagging transactions or a positve false situation but if your account is restrcited only meta support could remove the restriction, arm your self with patience contact them because is a real pain with them.
 
You should try again with a new payment card. To avoid problems with payment errors, you should pay on time and always make sure your card has enough money.
 
To fix a restricted fb account with risky payment errors, you can do some of the following steps:
Check payment information
Check for unusual transactions
Verify your account
Contact fb support
Check and comply with fb policies
Use a secure ad account
Check account status

Payment failures in Facebook Ads may occur due to difficulties such as expired credit cards, insufficient funds, or incompatible billing information. To address payment issues, verify your payment method information, make sure your card or account has enough funds. Try another card if none of that helps, you can get virtual cards these days pretty quickly.

Contact Facebook support if the problem persists. Or you can use Exiscale as I do now, they provide with aged accounts and replacement of any ad account restrictions.
 
If your ad account is restricted due to payment errors, you should use old accounts with old spending history.
