Will blog + reddit make money?

Hey guys I am newbie in blogging, I wanna make a news website and then post on reddit, facebook groups and twitter....

I know how to drive a lot of traffic from social media thats not a problem.

Will my adsense be banned and can I get this kind of blogs monetized? I dont want any ranking in keywords. Also can I use chatgpt?

Please help blogging newbie lol

I used to do this thing in 2020.

Used to create a burner blogspot blog that was monetized with AdSterra.

Then steal some posts from related sister subreddits that were somewhat old and then post 50% of content in the target subreddit without any link.

Then when the post came on top of the 'hot' section, I used to add a link to my blog saying "Read more here".

I did this for a couple of months and made $100 USD on a monthly basis.

But I don't think this type of thing would work now since Reddit has gotten really strict and such type of activities will get your Reddit account banned ASAP.

You need to think something which is out of the box to succeed with reddit. At least, that is my thinking.
 
Organic traffic from social media is fine, paid traffic is trouble for adsense, and facebook/twitter are good, however recently i have stopped sharing on reddit, i found that if you share on reddit they kinda hijack your serp position, because when you share on reddit they will take featured image from your post so now they will rank in images, not you, plus they will always rank above you in SERPs, as Google has deal with them.
 
For AdSense, ensure your traffic is organic or you will have problems. Monetization is certainly possible. Also using ChatGPT is fine for content, but always review and edit to ensure quality. Good luck
 
Reddit is better suited for affiliate marketing imo. Because all the big subs in almost every niche have a list of approved domains. And with smaller subs, you'll not be able to keep posting your blog link again and again before some snowflake calls you out.
 
I don't see a reason to be banned for sharing your own website on reputable social media platforms like those ones
 
How much will I make on lets say football news website per 1 million impressions, what is your experience?

In my albeit limited experience, ive had posts rank on Reddit and on my site.

Sure the Reddit one ranks above my post on the site but it's not really a problem if you go the branding route ;).

Besides it's also great if they land on a branded sub-reddit.

If going through branded route then reddit and tiktok are best, just create few hash tags and 10 tiktoks and you will find first two spots secured by tiktok and reddit

In my case, I just created as many social medias as I can and that works too :D.

I just crosspost manually from Youtube to all the other ones but Reddit, youtube & Tiktok do rank the highest for branded terms it seems.

I was experimenting with Lemon8 as a parasite, even branded it... until they recently closed it. Rip Lemon8.

My current methodology:

Youtube -> Reddit -> TikTok -> Instagram -> Facebook page and group -> Threads -> Twitter -> Tumblr -> Blogger -> Pinterest.

It's a little time-consuming but once you get into flow it doesn't take so long since it's usually copy n paste.

You will notice that facebook, pinterest, twitter rank on top spots that are 1 year old, plus have some engagement like,shares,tweets.
But reddit, tiktok rank easy and fresh.
Take that into account
 
Reddit both the platform rules and the members are very hard to sell to but possible.

For social media traffic, it's better to monetize through Ezoic.
