I have a client that’s will to pay me £500 plus for it but I don’t know who to buy the followers from since most of the SMM panels have high drop rates.

First of all, a budget of $80 is not going to let you be able to get 100k subscribers.
You would at least need $2000-3000.
Plus, if you are looking for "lifetime" subscribers - as you stated in your thread - you'll have a hard time finding a proper service as most SMM Services are just bots.
It's nearly unthinkable to think bots can deliver you amazing results without any drops.
YouTube is not imbecilic and would easily be able to catch you. It is 2024... not back in the days when botting was a piece of cake.
If you buy 100k subscribers nowadays, expect to see at least 30-40% of them going out the window.
Not to mention you would also have to order other services as well (and patently with drip-feed), such as views, likes and comments, so as to make your channel look legit... which would cost too much money.
That is why it is not worth the hassle, in my view.
I actually do not know if you were just monkeying around when posting that thread, but should that not be the case, please realize and try to sink in that if getting hundreds of thousands of subscribers were that effortless and costless, everyone would have millions of subscribers.
