I want to know how to rank any website quickly so that my website starts getting a lot of organic traffic and it starts getting first rank on SERP.

Not possible, unless you buy an expired domain that was recently indexed in Google and had a lot of traffic. You still need to write content and invest some money in links.

hard, social media can boost visibility but you will need a lot of time nevertheless
