I would like to know how best to either fast-track a bitcoin transaction or get such transaction returned to my blockchain wallet.
I had a bitcoin transaction worth 0.254btc sent from blockchain to Binance wallet on the 31st January 2024, but up till now it's been 0/2 confirmation transaction with no success from blockchain support team who claimed that it's in the hands of the miners to attend to it. Support claimed it'll be as a result of low sending fee which I've not been able to understand.

I control both wallets.

Hash ID: ad058eb6e703cb0afe31e738a9a296035bdeef4757a1823c20cd0e471b81b8bb

It would be a welcome idea if anyone can guide me on how to go about such transaction. Thanks

it’s the first time that I heard about this. Have you contacted Binance Support? And see what’s wrong?

you mean blockchain.com support team right?

Searched for your transaction hash on multiple blockchain explorers (blockchain.com, blockchair and mempool) and i couldn't find it anywhere else other than blockchain.com explorer. This leads me to assume that the transaction was not even broadcasted to the blockchain.

Try to ask them if you can bump the fee.

Also, next time, do not use blockchain.com

Yes, contacted them and the fund is still stuck
Check my previous reply. I don't believe your transaction was broadcasted to the blockchain at all. If you used blockchain.com to perform the transaction, you should contact them and not Binance.

There seems to be a lot of blockchain wallet bad reviews.

It's a centralised private wallet. It's just like your email address, the company knows everything and control everything.

It has been so long and you haven't mentioned whether you have contacted blockchain support regarding the issue.

You can't even find your tx details on other tx explorers. This alone should something's not right. Contact the site support team and ask for the explanation or hire a lawyer.

If they say it's low fee causing problem, then ask them to bump the tx and you are willing to pay the fee.

Read that they don't like people moving btc out of their site.

Have you tried to double-spend and just send the same transaction again (but with a higher fee)?
The wallet doesn't seem to support RBF, so double spending and CPFP method might be your only options.

I used priority transfer but didn't work still. Priority is the highest transfer options

There are transaction accelerators, they will broadcast and picked up miners faster.

for that, you need the raw transaction data which blockchain.com explorer doesn't seem to provide.

Well, seems like you are not the only one complaining about this: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/blockchain.com
Wtf that's grim. "Not your keys, not your coins" I guess.

You might want to look up "Child Pays For Parent (CPFP)" method for your specific wallet. In theory it would go like this:

"To solve this, the method is implemented Child Pays For Parents (CPFP), where the user of the unconfirmed transaction can create a new transaction, known as a child transaction. In it you will have to put a transaction fee much higher than the original transaction.

This new CPFP transaction will use this balance generated by the unconfirmed main transaction to create a new transaction that takes that balance to a new address. That is, if a user creates a transaction to send X amount of funds, and has in his wallet a little more than those funds, the wallet will automatically create 2 outputs. The first to send X amount of funds to the recipient, and the second to receive the returns or exchange of said transaction."
