It's not just about unique IPs, you have to get unique class A,B & C classes IPs, different locations & different datacenters,
It would be better if you get a bunch of cheap VPS within different hosting companies than using the same hosting,
Building the right PBN can be a little bit expensive, especially if you're hosting a single PBN,
But will always be better than risking a bunch of expensive domains

I like the different geo vps idea - diigtal ocean can get you a droplet in different regions for a few bucks a month if you know how to work with linux.

IP addresses are different, but the hosting provider is 1. And here are your 10-20-50 satellites... accidentally located at 1 and the same hosting provider. It's a fiasco!
