The only way to increase CPC is to get more advertisers to bid higher on the keyword. It's not a metric you can SEO for.

Some industries, niches and ultimately keywords are more profitable than others, if you're targeting keywords, niches or industry that don't have high CPC, then you have to endure the low CPC. Solution to your problem would be to cover niches with high profitability.

Since display ads are classed into two groups interest based ads and contextual ads. You can sometimes earn higher CPC from a not so high CPC article if Google serves a high paying ad to a user whose interest is in high paying industries. I give you an example, if you a user was researching on loans or real estate properties, all over the web they would be getting ads related to those topics because they've indicated interest in those through their searches and interactions.
If they come to your fashion or entertainment blog with not so high CPC, Google would still serve them ad from loans and real estate, should they click on those ads on your site, they would give you a high CPC, even though your niche is typically known for lower CPC.

You think about CPC and I am thinking about google AdSense approval :anyway:

You shouldn't optimize for CPC but for RPM, which also takes CTR into account.
Look into the advertisers that appear frequently on your site, see if they underbid and consider excluding them. I'm not sure it's realistic to increase the CPC because it looks like you're getting traffic from T3 countries or from kids. Can you say which?

In an economy where most advertisers use automated bidding strategies aiming for conversions, you should bear that in mins and see the type of advertisers that appear on your page and see if it makes sense for your users to convert there after clicking an ad. Do your content dismiss that type of advertiser ("here's why you should never do xxxxxx" type of article)?

Bro, this is not as hard as it seems actually, how many contents are you posting weekly or monthly and how many engagements are you getting on them

I am having CTR about 8-12 for multiple years without any issues. Websites are protected with CloudFlare Bot Fight Mode.
I can help you achieve a higher cpc. Here my work.

Thanks for your offer but it's more important to have high RPM because Adsense switched to CPM model earlier this year. My RPM is up to $60.
