anyone has troubles sleeping?

That's scam. I got my friend to order in UK and send it to India. It was $80 I remember. Its total waste.
Strange, I've used it to great effect although sometimes it was harder to wake up.

Sleep when you are tired, if you don´t depend on having to go to work a certain time in the morning. In my own personal experience I´d say sleep in a room that is totally blacked out and quite, that is what is working best for me.

I have to be a role model for my kid, I have to teach her right things, moral values, importance of mental health. For that I have to wake up early every day.

This is some bullshit thinking, being a role model for your kid has nothing to do with your sleep patterns. I´ve slept unregular my whole life, still my son has more morals and good values then I ever going to have as he now is a grown ass man.

I take pills because I'm depressed, but if they are giving you excessive sleep next day, it's because it's too strong, you should try half of a pill or something like that

Earlier when I used to do IM actively, for 15+ hours a day, I did not just lost sleep, I lost my interest in eating as well. I stopped feeling hungry and life went on for years, just like that.

For the past few years I entered organic farming. Am waking up at 4 AM in the morning, working really hard on the fields and returning back home at about 7 PM and taking dinner and hitting bed by 9 PM. Am getting instant sleep and pretty much everyday am getting about seven hours of sleep.

Feeling healthy too. But not sure how I can spare time for IM now along with this lifestyle.

I am missing those good and long sleeps at nights in my school days, are you guys sleeping properly at nights?
Me at school: getting 2 hours of sleep each night.

Nope, not missing it.

Recently I bought a sleep spray (melatonin 5mg) on Amazon, that kinda works well, but I am hesitant to use it on regular basis. Anyone had such issues before and resolved it later?

Never rely on such things unless there's an emergency.

I take pills for sleep better, it's the only thing that really happens

How do you guys manage?

I am missing those good and long sleeps at nights in my school days, are you guys sleeping properly at nights?

I am trying many ideas, none seemed to work.

1. Stopped using phones at nights.
2. Gym and Cycling for 45 mins everyday.
3. Tried breathing excercises.
4. Tried pills but that makes the next day worse with drowsiness.

But I have Night shift works. please help me to gaining full sleep in day.

Try meditation as maybe your brain its to overhelmed by stress ,too many thoughts etc
But the thing its you need to have some petience to see results
People try it for few days and if they dont see results they quit

After a family tragedy which brought on stress and trauma and inability to sleep a friend told me about the app 'Relax and Sleep Well Hypnosis' by Glenn Harold. Choose a track like Relax & Sleep Well (Free) or The Magic Fairground (Paid) put your earphones on go to bed and set it going. For many people they don't even get to the end of the recording! It can take up to a month for your mind/sleep to benefit but certainly better than drugs or potions....
