The age of the website as well as it's popularity influences the number of links you can build in a month and still appear natural. A new website receiving several tens of links every month is suspicious. about 3 to 5 links a week is safe. I won't even build 20 links at once on a new website.

its depend on your website but mix in a week you create 30 to 50 links only.

Email outreach is always that way, it's a number's game. You have to outreach to as many as possible websites and hope some reply. Alternatively, you could work with other experienced outreach link providers or sellers on the forum.

Its based on what type of backlinks you are getting, and from which domain. If you are getting a good quality links and relevant to your niche you can have 20+ backlinks in a month it more and enough.

if you are getting a backlinks from random website even 200 is not enought( also it results in spam some time)
