What's the best tool for checking backlinks?

I have over 1000 urls weekly and need a tool I can paste the links into that then checks those pages and reports back that the link is valid, on most packs you buy on here most applications generate a report to say that the link is active yet nobody has mentioned them, checking this many links for anchors on sem and ahref simply is not possible, the closest I have found was backlinkvalidator . com - but they only take bitcoin as payment, and that sucks, but I have thousands of URLS and none of the apps people keep recommending actually work.

Why has nobody mentioned Scrapebox Backlink Checker? What's happened to BHW??? All this talk about using Semrush???

What a legend thank you! however after trying it it seems to be failing on a large number due to how old the app is 2018 was when it was last updated.

I'm actually working on this exact tool, and I'll be releasing to BHW marketplace soon (within the next few weeks). We provide the infrastructure to check thousands of backlinks per day (which would fit your exact needs) and the software on top of it to display the results.
The only problem is... it's hard to check Cloudflare-protected websites. I mean, it's already compute/network-intensive to check millions of backlinks per day for every customer, but it's even harder to check Cloudflare because their entire business is about preventing scraping, bots, etc. We can get around it, but it becomes cost-prohibitive and just makes the prices way higher for customers to solve a problem that only affects 20% of websites. I don't know how much this matters to you, but if you want to be a beta tester/reviewer, give me a shout. Would love early feedback. Sorry to the mods in advance for namedropping something I'm working on outside the Beta Testing forum, but it solves OP's exact problem.

I've never used the free version, and I haven't checked with the Addon for the paid tool recently. Does that free version use proxies? As mentioned by atlas_http Cloudflare protected sites could present a problem. I bet the paid version of scrapebox's backlink checker addon is updated. You can contact them. I've been out of the scrapebox game a while, but they used to very good about responding. @Sweetfunny is/was? the owner of Scrapebox. Perhaps, she'll chime in?

As far as I understand, they have been activating new licenses and license transfers as of the last few weeks.
As for chiming in on the forum, their thread has been closed & @Sweetfunny hasn't been online here in over 1 year.
Though, you may check @loopline tutorials on youtube.
I considered issuing them each a warning.
As for your question. I believe SEMRush to have a batch tool but I believe its main function to be scanning competitor sites for link building opportunities. Take a look at this section on the bottom right as well: https://www.semrush.com/batch/

I prefer ahref in most cases beside semrush.
You could try moz but I am not using it for years other than checking the DA metrics. ( Though I believe that da can be manipulated)

Ahrefs is the best of all. Few others like semrush, seo powersuite are also good.

Hello, yes there are several tools for checking backlinks, each with its own strengths but these two tool are best for checking the complete backlinks.
