why is snapchat banning my accounts? I resets my phone, hard reset samsung, mobile internet from sim card, airplane mode and IP swap, I use Gmail to create accounts, but after creating an account I wait 24-48 hours and I accept people from quick add and then logs me out of the account and it is blocked

Don't use Android phones or Android emulators, they send too much sensitive system data to Snapchat.
Use an iPhone instead.

Can you screenshot the error you're receiving with snapchat?
And what will the iPhone do for me? I had an iPhone and after a few phone resets I got iCloud blocked and I can't create a new icloud and snap anymore, so there's no point

Apple iOS doesn't contain functions to retrieve sensitive iPhone device data since iOS 5 or iOS 6 (currently iOS 17.5.x/iOS 17.6.x). Therefore Snapchat can't analyze this data to track your activities (and build signatures).
Also you should not add masses of friends right after the creation of the Snapchat account.
If you really struggle that much you also could use one of the known Snapchat API bots (without connected phones or emulators of course).

I need multiple accounts, iphone cannot be reset after multiple resets so this get me nothing, only androids can be reset multiple times

And I doubt this is really true, otherwise the market for used iPhones and refurbished iPhones would not exist. ;-)
So how do you explain the message that my iphone 7 has been reset too many times and I can't create a new apple id and without it I can't make a new account

Not yet we need to restart phone on factory reset if we want to log another snap... im currently working on my ipad..

I have an account that is behaving normally but it’s only aged a few years… I’m not sure exactly the reason that makes it behave normal without the AI going crazy

I am looking to create about a 1000 USA snap accounts purposely for story viewing using emulators and proxies. No chats or aggressive adds, just story viewing. Any advice on how to achieve this and keep these accounts from getting banned?

Using same device to create multiple accounts works only for a few accounts. It doesn't matter if it's an android device or an ios device.
I know many sellers who relay on physical devices to create accounts via iphone using tweaks and stuff or even with reset method. Your accounts will work! But for a limited time and then all of them will be banned in a ban wave.
If you're planning to sell those accounts then you'll need to research quite a ton and stay up to date. Those physical device creation methods come and go. Snapchat patches them super quick once the accounts count starts piling up high enough. Then find an another one and the process repeats. Unless you pick the big guns and reverse the api itself.
Else, just buy snap accounts from some trusted seller who has a clean record and be done with it. Then figure out a working setup that doesn't lead to ban. Lol.
(Snap is super strict, since you used your device to create many accounts. Even the account you buy will be banned)
Tip: Don't buy from ***.
