That's what I'm doing, but every acc is locked and requires unlocking via phone number

If you're buying fresh accounts and mailing with them they should send mail right off the bat. How much mail are you getting out? Do you have a good mailing list that makes it worth while for mailing?

The list is cleared like 200k, Where can I buy such accounts that you recommend?

if you're buying them from the site I've made clear about then you know. look at that rhyme up above and google the first part of the rhyme. I'm not just throwing it out left and right. I've made it pretty clear already.

I buy a domain and make several short URLs with that domain. The domain I bought redirects to the money page(affiliate link) whatever it might be PPC/PPL/PPS

When I say short URLs I'm talking about these public ones. Tinyurl etc..

Felt bad saying that but I'll throw a bone get tavel's creator Mailbot and speak with him on one of his messengers posted on his site. He should be able to help you get setup with a captcha solving service for funcaptchas. There is tons of them out there and I saw on his telegram channel one being posted for $1 for 1k captchas solved. I don't know of any other sites that were as good as hmb. I know of another method that is better than this(Mailbot/Captcha Solving Service) but I have to keep it hush hush for now.

Bill gonna have to get a Bill(passed) to stop this skill

Is there any service that builds a really barebones SMTP server and just allows me to send 400k emails at once. Even if 99% or 100% end in spam. If it's cheap enough I'd be interested

What do those scammers use to spam millions of email addresses? I don't want to scam anyone just increase traffic to my website and make some sales.

You can use Hubspot of Mailchimp, but don't try to sell from day 1, ask them if its okay for you to give them valuable info, then if they like it, they stay.
