Either way, you need to provide a LOT more information for anyone to provide you with any meaningful tax planning advise.
Your best bet is to consult a local accountant/lawyer who specializes in corporate tax stuff.
If you can’t afford to get one, it most likely isn’t even going to be worth the hassle for you to take tax planning to that extreme.

You could make less money, and then you'd pay less in taxes.
the problem is that in Italy they tax you even for a sneeze between pension contributions taxes here taxes there you will end up paying almost 80% in taxes and what are you left with?

Hahahahaha the "tax evasion" killed me. I think that if you earn more and more money and your country takes money from you, the logical thing to do is to find a place where the grass is greener!
