I needed to watch more than 5 mins of their video ads (2 ads at a time from the beginning) consecutively to watch a 5.55 mins video.

By the way, there is no skip button there.

What do you think?

Sadly nowadays, with Ad blocker, it works sometimes, other times you wait the same amount of time you would with the ads except the screen is black, other times you actually have to watch the ads and if you're lucky, you escape. It is a never ending war between YouTube (AdTube as you guys mentioned) and the Ad blocker's team. I would recommend you guys use Brave browser. It has an embedded Ad blocker and takes care of all the brainwashing corporatist bullshit material. Yes, this is an ad for Brave browser, but as a rare occurrence this one actually helps you!

It depends. On Firefox it does not always work. If you use Zero Privacy browsers like Chrome then yeah, it may work.

It depends. On Firefox it does not always work. If you use Zero Privacy browsers like Chrome then yeah, it may work.

What kind of adblocker are you using then? "uBlock Origin" on Firefox works like a charm. I have not encountered even a single slowdown or black screen that you mentioned ever since I started using it.
I also use "Sponsorblock" to skip the ads in the videos themselves

I use Chrome and honestly don't even know the exact name of the ad blocker I'm using

I use "Stands adblocker" and "AdBlockerPlus". Sometimes .js don't see Stands adblocker plugin at the same time AdblockerPlus is visible

You don't know about refresh button in Browser or Mobile. don't you? IF you refresh two times there will be no ads.

No, but I have tried flac and I think it's easier to listen to, but I haven't been researching this.

they are going all in with the adblockers, being honest is getting boring with those unskippable, being honest I being slowly moving away fromm youtube because of that ads arrasement on every video so, people will get bored and I do not believe everyone will get youtube premium, most likely there will be an exodus from people and content creators.

What about SmartTube? I've been using it on Sony smart TV for ~1 year now - no issues.
