How to Remove a Fake Review on Trustpilot?

Hi,

I'm looking for guidance on how to remove a fake review on Trustpilot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've already flagged the review, but I haven't received a response from Trustpilot yet. The person who wrote the fake negative review is also liking their own review using new profiles.

Our agency does a lot of removals in the ORM space (GMB reviews, glassdoor reviews, airbnb reviews, etc.) but as far as I'm aware, there are currently no known reliable methods for the removal of trust pilot reviews. Their platform is very hard to game with traditional black hat methods (i.e. mass flagging using reputable accounts). We only knew of one agency that had a somewhat reliable removal method for TrustPilot but I strongly believe that their method revolved around using an insider at TP that would delete the defamatory reviews on their behalf. They were charging very high rates for the successful rendering of the service (low five figures) so I doubt it's a strategy many would even want to try to emulate or re-create.

Yes this us too costly to do and maybe with not a great success rate because if they find the person working for trust pilot they're going to fire him/her.

Why spend time and money removing reviews on Trustpilot? If you're receiving fake reviews that give you low scores, I would recommend encouraging the posting of genuine reviews with 4 or 5 stars instead.

That person who posted it: I don't know them, and they posted it because of a misunderstanding. They have never purchased anything from me.
I have reported it several times, but TP is unable to understand. They said it's freedom of speech, and anyone can write it. Recently we do not ask reviewer to share proof of purchase.

It will take months to remove any review. I posted a review and I found out it was removed after a few months

It will take months to remove any review. I posted a review and I found out it was removed after a few months

Did you report it to TP over the months, or was it removed automatically?

This isn't an easy thing to do, you should probably just ignore it.

First, you need to record each review and account to prove its falsity later. Second, contact support (via email or contact form). Provide them with all the details and evidence you have collected.
Consider responding to the review publicly, clarifying that you believe it is false and explaining why. Respond in a calm and professional manner.

If you flagged the review and they still didn't delete it. Provide TrustPilot with all the necessary proof in an email and they'll delete the review... They make mistakes too, but mistakes happen!

There is a way to remove all trustpilot reviews negative. but it's very time consuming.

My latest one i just removed, took 3 months for a response from this certain department. This department aren't very quick to respond and i have around 58 in review at the moment. got a 100% success rate with trustpilot, the only problem being is they take 2-3 months to respond.

They were charging low 5 figures for every review? Or for all negative reviews on a profile?
