They have really a bad support system . Even after numerous tickets no one care to reply . My proxies are down from last 24 hrs

We're not stalling you anyway. You have purchased a server, and we have already informed you about the technical and basic reasons why you cannot access the server by creating a group on WhatsApp, and we have already stayed in contact with you for 2 months and talked about the problem.

Your talking bullshit.

- I never experienced such bad server performance ever before. And i have been using shit ton of servers
over the years, for clients, my own MMORPG, websites, bots, VPS, dedi's etc.

Such as: OVH, Kimsufi, Soyoustart, Scaleway, Strato, Zaphosting, Hyonix.

AND THE MOMENT I TRY YOUR SERVER IT GOES ABSURDLY WRONG!!!!

- Your the first server provider where i can't restart my server through control panel.

- You promised me refund, a decent server for 6 months, or to fix the issue, NONE of them happened!!!!!!

- In the 3 months you only told me "wait for a solution/answer from the right department". NOTHING EVER HAPPENED,
I ALWAYS HAD TO COME BACK AND ASK FOR A UPDATE.

- YOU HAVE BEEN IGNORING ME, INCLUDING YOUR COLLEAGUE, INCLUDING THE GROUPSCHAT, AND WHEN I MESSAGE FROM A DIFFERENT
WHATSAPP, SUDDENLY YOU RESPOND IN 0.5 SECONDS, JUST TO FIND OUT I AM THE GUY YOU WERE IGNORING, WITH THE SAME SHITTY
PROMISE "WAIT FOR ANSWER FROM THE DEPARTMENT" AND THEN GUESS WHAT? MY NEW NUMBER GETS IGNORED TOO! DID I RECEIVED ANY
UPDATE? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

STOP PRETENDING THAT YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS DOING SOMETHING, YOU'VE BEEN STALLING AND IGNORING ME SINCE
JANUARY.

ALL YOU COME UP WITH ARE SHITTY EXCUSES, I'M A SENIOR PROGRAMMER, MASTERED OVER 10 PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES,
