Actually can someone tell me what is YouTube view from google ads. Is being offer by some smm panel. Is it same as putting ur tube links in Google adsense?

From my experience they are not real discovery ad views, I got no engagement, not even a negative comment with 10k views, they show up as YouTube advertisement is YouTube studio but it's gotta be some kinda of manipulation
