I used to pay some guy 5$ to gift me (3months of telegram premium) & would like to learn how he does it exactly...if anyone has any idea here 
* he've told me something like he gets paypal logs for dirt cheap & uses them to gift premiums *
,but you cant buy/gift premium with paypal? I dont get it....anyone dare to explain how it works?
He basically sells for half the price of what it would normally cost to get it directly from telegram & still profits somehow....
