You could try selling on bhw but it might not be worth it if you don't have a lot to sell

As inexpensive as a website is, not having one takes away some credibility and you would have to close sales on a 3rd party site like Skype, Telegram, etc.

If I were in your shoes I'd spend the few dollars it costs and set up a site.

But, as @TheMarquis, shared, it is not part of the marketplace rules to have one.
