I was wondering does suspicious payments error only comes if we use card or it can suspend for suspicious payments while we pay via net banking? I have heard from few people that if we pay via net banking in google ads then we don't face payment error? how true is this?

Ive gotten several suspicious payment suspensions in account that dont even have billing setup yet. Appeal and it comes back almost always. It looks like this suspicious payments is just a smoke screen for something else.

Mostly because of cards, but you can easily get it reinstated if you submit an appeal.

You should be using a personal account. As far as I know, personal accounts are prone to the problems you mentioned.

Individual accounts are really prone to this problem

Try switching to another payment method
