i have seen that. fast forwarding some scenes - re-coloring - editing in between. maybe that is why they are not penalized

there are multiple ways to do that, like changing the title, muting certain parts of the movie etc. There was someone who also gave a detailed explanation of how to do that.

Hello sir i’ve noticed you uploaded full movies on YouTube without copyright issues. I’m really curious about how you do it. Any chance you could please share your method? I’d really appreciate it! Right now I'm trying my luck on the copyrighted music method but still no luck on ffmpeg most of my uploads were still blocked by YouTube. Thanks!

I guess you can upload movies but that video do not get monetized.
