Press Release is a press release which gives backlinks from Press Release packages.

Jokes apart: Here is what the Press Release means, help your search engine optimization (SEO) efforts indirectly by promoting content marketing discovery, building citations for local SEO, and protecting your online reputation.

It's typically a backlink from authoritative news site or from publications to enhance your business online reputation

In most cases, it's a package that gets you placements in 500 tier3 news outlets for $50, all with the same content.
The value you get from this sort of thing is non existent, or imaginary, at best.

The SEO value is not even minimal but the links can show to clients that you are recognized by news agencies.

Granted, 95% of those news agencies exist solely to generate revenue for themselves but you do have the 5% that you can share.

I was answering it from an SEO perspective. From a PR standpoint, the "as seen on" strip carried some value, but it's so abused at this point that I really doubt it does anymore.

That being said, it's a nice idea for an A/B test for a Google Ads campaign, so thanks for that :)

How about putting a bit more effort into your posts / questions?

Just like traditional link building, press release link building is a digital marketing practice that uses SEO-optimized press releases to secure high-quality backlinks. When done right, PR link-building efforts can generate the right kind of attention for your brand.

tell me where is take backlinks hows website allow pressrelese bcklinks

Press release backlinks are links pointing your sites from press releases distribution sites

Press release backlinks are links embedded within a press release that point back to a company's website, typically to specific pages such as the homepage, product pages, or service pages. These backlinks serve a dual purpose: they help drive traffic from readers who are interested in learning more about the company or its offerings, and they can contribute to the website’s search engine optimization (SEO) efforts by potentially boosting its authority and visibility in search engine results. When a press release is distributed through various news and media outlets, the backlinks included can be picked up by multiple websites, thus creating a network of references that search engines may view as endorsements of the site's credibility. However, for press release backlinks to be effective, the press release itself must be well-written, newsworthy, and distributed through reputable channels to ensure it reaches a wide audience and garners attention from authoritative sites.

Press releases are potentially great for referral traffic, depending on how you set it up. A provocative title or topic, with a link to a great (but relevant) resource can lead to good sales or ad revenue.

It’s good for branding and cheap way to get your brand name on Google when people search for it

What is the issue with their post?

It was clear to me and several others what they wanted.
It is riddled with typos - but you knew that anyway. So I have to ask: Why you are even asking me this question?

I didn't say it couldn't be deciphered with some effort (Effort the thread starter clearly didn't want to put in)

Not everyone has a strong command of the English language... I deal with a lot of content that is sent my way, or that I am responsible to manage, where the content is poorly written but I know they are doing their best to communicate.

They are not as powerful as they used to be. It depends more on the quality of the site that publishes the press release. PRWeb and BusinessWire are common, but they should be relevant to your niche

I don't see any effort at all. Considering there is auto correction even built into the forum.

But I see you already retaliated by issuing me a strike. For this post:

"You might want to insist on dedicated, physical cores with that budget. The concept of "virtual CPU" (vCPU) leaves a lot of room for the provider to oversell the cores. It is unclear how the relation of vCPU's to actual cores / threads looks like"

You consider that spammy or unhelpful?

Retaliation. Childish and unprofessional.
