in this case you'll have to give us more info, because you've just listed a random page of a random website. What exactly are we supposed to see??

You said "page dedicated to advertisements", but this page is just a content page, the ads are in the sidebar, and you can replicate this layout with literally any site builder that exists

this question is super confusing
it could be either or neither. depends on the beholder.
how to do something similar? man.... as easy as copy + paste.
i guess first question to start with is do you have wordpress setup. do you know how to get that far. to install a custom theme (you can just steal the competitors). do you know how to create a new page. do you know how to setup widgets. can probably pay someone few bucks and they'll clone that site for you in few hours. or learn from step 0 by yourself. Wordpress is good skill to have.

you're losing me, man! I genuinely don't understand what you wish to find out. Like, how to make a site, or what? Again, you can find 100s of tutorials on YT on how to set up a Wordpress site (since this is a WP site). There really isn't anything to explain, other than installing Wordpress and clicking on "create page" lol

I searched and did not find anything. I want a custom template for advertisements
I want to make advertisements for crypto companies, but there is no suitable template
