Also - is credit card payment broken on your site?

After selecting "Credit/Debit Cards , Google Pay" clicking continue and then entering Email, Name, & Surname, I get the following error when I submit the page:

"Your transaction has been blocked. Please retry or use a different payment method. Request ID: OE46IYDZjn
An error happened while trying to access one of your resources."

PS: The last step just asks for Name, Surname, and Email, it appears no CC field appears.
