Why do fb ads agencies rent accounts for blackhat/greyhat marketers?

Apparently, it's a secret that the agency profits from your ad spending

Renting is just another alternative source of income for them because they have multiple accounts

The smart ones among them also run adverts for themselves on the side

They profit more from ad spending than from running the offers themselves?
If there are 10 clients who spend $100,000 a month on agency advertising. Then the agent can quit his job and travel the world.

They can make a profit from taking a percentage of your advertising budget. And when you run a lot, you will be given a certain threshold by FB, and those agents will use that threshold of yours. That's why big budget advertisers never hire, they often find agencies with strong accounts to buy advertising accounts, and they can use the threshold FB gives them.

Because it's safer and more scalable to charge 5-10% of ad spend rather than run the offers by yourself.

If the agency knows what offers convert, what creatives convert, why don't they run the ads themselves?
Obviously, the account rental agency benefits from a discount from the customer's budget. In return, they must also ensure continuity in providing alternative resources (at no additional cost to the customer) when the customer's resources are banned.

that's their skill and also how they make money

Why don't they sign up on a nutra affiliate offer to promote it themselves? Since they can see what ads sell, I don't get why they don't do it themselves

Or running ads on fb is rarely profitable and they mitigate the risk by renting accs instead of funding ads
No bro, my clients make a lot of profit from Facebook advertising, partly because each person chooses to do what they are best at, not multitasking.

What makes you think they don't? If you think about it, it would be foolish not to. They have access to the campaigns of all their clients, they can see what works without spending a penny on testing anything. Everyone does it; I've had several AMs from different CPA networks swear up and down that their company DOESN'T have an internal media buying team and that they simply act as intermediaries. And then you go to LinkedIn, search for job offers from those companies, and see that they have open positions precisely for the media buying team. And this can be applied to any SaaS company that, by the nature of its services, has access to campaign data.
