I'm getting many scraping jobs recently, mainly to scrape leads from social media & forums, Still have no idea what's the average cost per 1000 leads is so I'm charging different prices every single time,
what's a reasonable cpm for leads scraping?

$1 for every 100 like what the rest here have said. I'd focus on quality leads though so that they are more valuable and more enticing. Also it pays to ask clients how much they are willing to pay or quote them a higher amount and reduce it in the negotiation.
