youre a fcking beast. is there anywhere I can read up on how to do somethign like this myself. i've been stuck in a rabbit hole of dropshipping / youtube after minor succcess. tired of the wagey life. i need a roadmap. help your boy. i'm willing to do the dirty work. <3 congrats on your success

I couldn't read everything; my eyes hurt too much with the new bhw theme. But I read the title. I wish you good luck anyway.
Lol...Go dark theme

Try white theming or custom browser extensions then read again as there's value provided compared to $5 per day operators.

I see there are already potential players in this thread.

Focusing so hard on what you don't like won't get you far.
Solid advice here

Pick make.com or zapier. Start playing. Watch YouTube tutorials. Build automations for yourself. Pick an industry. Start building solutions for that industry. Reach out to businesses. Post about it on LinkedIn, etc.
Can you share more about how you acquired these new customers?
This is valuable.

First client was myself. Then looked at how it could help my clients (marketing clients). Talked 1 client into having us look for automation opportunities. Sold it as completely free consultation and they'd only have to pay for building out the automation opportunity should we find one.... which is bs be I just baked the consultation hours into the dev hours.

The automation we built was great...saves hours, makes money. Took it, approached other clients in the niche. (Build once sell many times).

Swept through our clientele offering it. Got tremendous testimonials.

Went outside our clientele. Simple process. Find the right person in the company. Send simple email. I kind of do a bit of a bs approach but I'm a women so 9/10 I get away with is

EMAIL:

HI Name,

Awesome, conversation with *random name*. *bs sentence that relates to any business in the industry like, "As discussed with *random name*, I really think this will make a tremendous impact on your business. We're seeing a time saving of 27 hours a month and an increase ____________".

Here's the video walk-through I promised. It's a _________.

Send any questions you have back and I'll send you my calendar to discuss how this would work for you.

-Paydette

Run through the industry. Pick a new industry. Rinse and repeat.

Hmm
I've just subscribed to a Skool community on Youtube for learning automation at $47 per month.

Update:

1: 2nd batch of ebooks are done

2: As predicted, we got a lot of "can you help me set this up?"

What wasn't predicted was a lot of "can you help me set this up as a business/ service add-on?"

This has led to coaching being offered. I'm sure not many people have seen this but if you have a sizable group/following and post something like "I've received lots of messages regarding helping add automations to service suites. Doing this takes a lot of training manpower but I want to help out but I can only help one person make this their business.

So, we'll have a love auction for 24 hours. Comment what you're willing to pay for 1 on 1 coaching and done for you setup."

What happens is you basically get a nice list of people who are willing to pay for coaching.

So, you pick the highest bid for 1 to 1... then message the rest for group coaching.

Ka-ching!

Summary: so far this has been a huge success. Expect business automations to become nearly as popular as ghl as a business.

Reached our ebooks sales goal.

I won't shar either coaching income numbers but they are substantial.

Very good 3 weeks of work.

The journey is tech over.

Still looking to grow my team and exit out of day to day work in the next 2 months latest.

Excellent!
Before I came across this post, I didn't even know such a thing as business automation existed. Although I haven't yet understood how it works, I say I admire your business prowess as in creativity in using these tools for such huge income.

I'm more of a hands-on guy, so I'm wondering how you wrote such voluminous ebooks? Did you use AI or are they based off your knowledge in business? Did you use VAs? How long did it take you to have one book completed and at what cost?

Thank you!

Any Update? Best Of Luck On Your Journey.
Please Keep Us Updated With Your Good Works.

Someone else sort of asked me the same question. These were based of our SOPs, consultations with clients and brainstorming.

So, basically automations we use, automatioms we've built for clients, automatikns we've offered to build after consulting with clients and automations we will build/offer to build in the future.

Probably 70% of it was already written in some form.

There are 6 people not including myself working in my automation agency. So, the work goes quick bc it's what they do all day anyway.

No worries at all! I knew you must be busy. Take your time!

Journey completed and successful

Results:

Ebook presales:
178 buyers of book 1 @ $299 = $53,222
122 buyers of books 2-4 @299 = $45,448
1 one-on-one student = $7,300
-----------------------------------------------
Goal officially met at $105,970

Bizop sales page completed and campaign launched. No real numbers yet.
Also have about 12 clients that want automations set up for them = income unknown at this point.

I might start looking at JVs and concentrating each agency on one specific niche/industry.

Congratulations are in order! Hard work indeed pays. Thanks for this update.

I've been studying automaton on YouTube since you created this thread and turns out it's not really difficult. Still, I'm amazed by how much one can do with make.com if one is creative enough. One thing that impressed me is creating automation sequences for Etsy shop owners. Simple, creative, clever, useful.

All this coupled with a method I saw (on this forum?) of how to scrap CEO emails via Google, can open many business doors...
