The best part of selling to women...and I am allowed to say this being one myself and having immense experience selling to them, is that they end up not implementing and end up hiring me in the end. So, win win.

I then accidentally made a custom app to easily access Groq (alternative to OpenAI, and it's free!) .

This app actually is being sold for 37euros by someone, but I published my app for free lol

Yes..this is a consultative service.

Depending how good your English is, an accent may actually sell you more (depends the accent!).

there are ways to fo this and make money without actually consulting....think creatively.

But how do you get these noob clients

I think I mentioned one method, which is offer a free easy automation....mainly posting relevant articles and their summary on their accounts for free for 1 or 2 weeks.

Hey cholos! It's been a hawt minute...

I've not been active on BHW a while..so, I thought I'd drop something sizzling for you. First off, 90% of you think way too small. That $100k number shouldn't scare you and it shouldn't wow you (that much).

If you remember me, I'm all about choosing the right audience and creating a vibe so they buy buy buy.

Well, oops, I've done it again...and you can too.

Okay. Funs aside...let's get to it: business automation, baby!

If you haven't gotten into this space, now is the time to do so.

Business automation is simply using tools like zapier to automate processes. (I actually prefer make.com).

I've been offering this service through my marketing agency for about 5 months as an adding for current clients but an automation agency can 100% stand on its on.

I've been selling automation sequences to cheapos who can't afford my social media marketing services. Each sequence is $45-95. (I don't sell the super complicated ones). Thet buy the sewuence, they set it up themselves 60% of the time, they come back to us to set it up for them at an additional cost. The beautiful this is that you build it ONCE and you can sell it a million times.

So, right now, we're clearing $70-80k/month just on automation and, like i said, we're only offering it to current clients.

So, how will I add $100k in a month?

EBOOKS.

We have 4 books nearly complete. They are:

Building a $100k/month Automation Business
-it is currently at 780 pages and I'll probably add about 200 pages. This thing is a BEAST. It Includes 10 automation ideas and how to apply them to 70 different businesses/niches. (Yes...so thats 70x10). These core 10 is literally all you need to bank. It will be priced at $998

Ebooks 2-4 are more automation ideas and templates for 3 specific niches. This is basically a collection of 20-30 automations for each niche. Everything you'd need to target and dominate one niche completely . The niches include:
-coaches/info-entrepreneur niche
-home service business
-health and beauty services
Each one will be priced at $799

How do I know this will work? Because I always test and pre-sell to the market.

A: I sold the first ebook when it was at 550 pages for $150 to members of a marketing group i am part of. I limited sales to 10 people and 30 more begged me to sell to them. So I did.

B: I set up a presell lead gen form and opened it up to my women's business fb group. Basically "sign up for a discounted price in exchange for a LinkedIn review". I limited sign up to 250 people but told everyone only 50 people will be able to buy it at the discount price. The list was filled in less than a day. 250 people agreed to buy at $299 inexchange for a review.

The truth js, I'll probably sell it to 100 people at that price and then give those that missed out a $200 discount voucher off the full price.

So, how do you get into this space? Make a free account on make.com and go at it. Practise and automate your own life/business...then start selling!

How to find clients? I'm documenting that process right now for the ebook but I love sharing...so listen (read) up! There are 10 great methods I've found...and the best part is that 8/10 of them are automated.

1: LinkedIn - my fav intro automation is social media posting. I find reputable people on LinkedIn with no/few posts. Offer them 1-2 weeks of automations for free in exchange for a review and disclaimer at the end of the automated posts. Something like "This post was created and posted automatically by agencylink". (Yes, this is automated).

Not only do many of them turn into clients but you get the free advertising to their followers and a review. Win. Win. Win.


2: automated emails. Scraping, cleaning, email drafting and follow-up is all automated.

In 90% of the case, there's no manual communication until after the client has paid

I'll provide twice a week updates.

I like to pick one industry at a time and just run through them like wild fire. Build one automation and sell it to as many of them as we can. It becomes super easy bc you else all the objections they could possibly have....you get all the insights they have.... you can anticipate their needs more and more. Right now we're on lawyers.

But youre right...probably all businesses can benefit from some sort of automation.

We're not dealing with unsophisticated people.

It is pretty clear to them that we aren't scammers. Also...their a tech solutions to password sharing.

Try white theming or custom browser extensions then read again as there's value provided compared to $5 per day operators.

I see there are already potential players in this thread.

Focusing so hard on what you don't like won't get you far.
