I have seen domains hide everything on Whois. Some domains are completely blank, with not even the registrar available.

Does anyone know how they do that?

Is it when its private domain registar or something?

maybe its very difficult to hide everywhere.

I think its only who.is site problem. Also you can check .to TLD, its literally have hidden whois. For example: https://www.whois.com/whois/register.to

There are some ccTLDs that do not publish whois information, such as the domain that ends in .to and also another that ends in .mp.
You can buy the .to on namecheap

Yes, that is correct, no one will be able to see the information in the whois if it ends in .to

Just because who.is doesn't contain your domain data, it does not mean its PRIVATE.
In other words, they simply don't care about the extension.
