Is there a panel that lets you do YouTube comment batches to multiple different links at the same time?

For example let's say I have a batch of 10 comments that I want to post on 100 different videos, is there a panel that would allow me to put this 100 links in (for example separated by commas) and then it will post those 10 comments on all 100 videos, rather than me having to do each one individually?
