There are custom tools and services availaible but this is a bit expensive to scrape nowedays.

Yeah there are. One chrome extension that does this that I know of is IG follower export tool. There's other one's also, most paid, I found one not but forgot what it was called.

Yeah ive been scraping leads for over a year, but i scrape leads mainly on linkedin, random databases and websites on google. I have never tried instagram.

The best scraping solution is not to buy from a random website, i would suggest to build your own scraper bot, with your own 4g proxies where you have full control of everything. I managed to scrape over 120 million data from instagram, in the last 5 years and tried everything possible

Yes, i hired on upwork a programmer, told him what i needed, and he built a bot around my specifications and needs.

Build the bot based on API requests of Instagram, never do that using Puppeteer/Selenium as it's slow and won't give you good results

Try scrapingrocket
It has a visual selector that will display the webpage (instrgam webpage in your case) in an iframe
You will then have to click on the email with your mouse
That will generate a cheerio config file that you can use for your list of profiles
That will extract the email of each profile that you will scrape into a json format
If you want to scrape private instgram profiles, then you first have be a friend with those profiles
You can then use your own cookies when scraping them. Even though, I don't recommand that.
