Email on public instagram account can be found on description meta tag of the page

Use tools that focus on public data only, pair them with email verification, and always follow email marketing laws — that’s the smart way to build cold outreach lists.
 
SuSocial may have one that is built in there software. That bein said, contact there support team and they can let you know.
 
Most people use tools like Apify or PhantomBuster for this. Just be prepared to burn a lot of proxy and accounts if you want to scrape in bulk
 
While custom tools and services are available, scraping has become more expensive in recent years.
