Why can’t I start a direct message?

I opened a thread in the "Want to buy" section, one of the members asked me to DM him. Wanted to do that, wrote a msg but can't send it - getting a reply that my message containts spam elements. I've checked the newbie guides but couldn't find the answer on what is considered as spam, what am I not allowed to write actually? Don't want to break the rules ofc, do appretiate your answer and keep up the good work! :)

P.S. As a premium member I'm allowed to send DMs without reaching the 15quota?

Ok! That's explain why i can't PM one of the sellers. I guess that i have to find the way to get in touch them. Any suggestion?

The best solution for this is to make some valuable contribution to the community by making informative and meaningful posts and reaching the 15 posts mark to overcome the limitation.
 
I have 15 messages (comments).
Are those considered posts? Because I can still not DM anyone.

You should be able to DM people as I see you have 16 messages in total at this moment.

If you want to test it, DM me.

No, replies do not count as posts as well as our posts from the Black Hat Lounge.

If you want to start a conversation, you need to have at least 15 posts, otherwise you will not see the option to start a new conversation. Make sure your posts are good quality and do not make short, spammy or low-quality posts just to boost your post count - these posts will be deleted and your account may be banned.

When you reach 15 posts, you will see a yellow button appear at the top of your inbox with "Start Conversation" - this allows you to send a message to another member.

Should those posts be educational? or just Introduction? Can those include topics about the stuff that I do or services that I offer?
Can I purchase yearly membership instead?

They should be genuine. If you just post in the introductions section welcoming members just to get to a specific post count, those posts will be removed and you will receive a warning.

You cannot advertise outside of the marketplace at all. If you want to talk about topics you know about though, there's no problem with that.

All memberships are renewed yearly.

yeah I received the warning. I think I should just purchase a membership. After i do, all these warning points will be nulled, yeah?

No, the warning points will remain until they expire automatically on October 29th. Once they do expire, you'll have an expired warning on your profile for record-keeping purposes.

so better to craete a new account and purchase membership on a new one? or how will these pints affect my account?
