Chronic depression and SEO

Stack Magnesium citrate + vitamin b6 + zinc
Vitamins D3 + k2
Some caffeine if you tolerate it
this,
no anti-depressants tho,

you have to work out & fix your diet,
people really understimate this, but it's one of the major things that will get you actually depressed,

you're way less likely to have a depression if you're test levels are in point,
not to mention the energy levels, endorphins (& other neurotransmitters), reducing stress, physically improving the nervous system & support its growth and many others,
and that's only for the mental part,

and it's actually way more important as you're getting older as your hormone levels getting worse & its one of the few things that can prevent & possibly revert that,
you don't have to do that aggressively, 3 hours a week are enough to get most of the benifits until a good level

Clinical depression cannot be fully reversed with diet as that's mental illness just like schizophrenia.

You would get similar symptoms just in terms of emotions / mood instead of hearing voices. For no reason your mood would be DOWN and you'd feel unreasonable phobias or whatever that depression is about. Everyone's depression is different.

With the stuff I mentioned you can control a lot when it comes to your overall well-being, feeling ok with your body and being strong.

But it's not the same as having mentally stable mood.

Gym is for example a great way for anger control and generally personality disorders as it stimulates a lot of processes in the body that help control the temper in those disorders.

On another hand, I can't imagine living without psychiatric medication all my life as some of my phobias are so strong at times I can't think of moving my finger

Magnesium, d3/k2, melationin can help you control your energy levels. These are naturally occuring substances that we get rid of so frequently we should supplement them as often as possible.

More energy, better feeling, but it's not the same as being vigorous in terms of mental state.

We all know mental shit can happen no matter how good we are. It's the same as any other disease. It's just shit.

I was actually diagnosed with severe depression 8-6 years back,
I was laying on bed for almost a year and never going outside, my body was screaming of pain all day,
Was taking anti depresants for several months afterwards,
While they helped to reduce the symptoms, they were never gone,

It took me a couple of years and i can guarantee that almost no symptomes remains,
The only change was to fkn start moving and stop eating trash, especially with the low carb diet initially,
And I've never stopped since then

For me they got removed plenty but I tried 5 different medicaments.

Some stimulated my negative behavior. :D

I took the lightest one possible and it worked.

Maybe your meds dont work for you and you need to change meds? Also have you considered microdosing? I have read wonderful things on it but you have to be off any medication because if you take them both it can kill you

Great sharing I hope it helps you alleviate your pain. I'm not in a similar position but I was forced to do this(can't find a remote job, can't do normal job full-time or part-time) due to my situation, also for the last 8 years and I have seen some results but still finding that golden mine. I remember everyday bookmarking and reading SEO Guides on bhw every single day and prayed it would work(and it wouldn't lol). Thankfully I wasn't homeless but was constantly shat on daily and completely broke so it kinda Fs up your mental a bit. As @nakamura said, NOBODY gives a shit you are really on your own it was so hard at times.

I know what you mean EXACTLY - the main problem is that when you start with pills you don't get back, and your brain / serotonin / dopamine
are artificially stimulated; the brain no longer produces them spontaneously.. so, shame to the one who suggested pills as therapy .. happiness must come from inside, not outside.
Anyway I suggest you sports, pastimes, relationships .. try even if you don't want to, till your brain has some sort of positive reaction and sense of reward.. Self-esteem is also very important,
remember that the world is full of stupid dumbasses.. you are not between them. Don't hurt & don't feel guilty.
I wish you all the luck, remember that you are not alone

exactly as you described it. an illness that doesn't go away

when i decided to leave meds for good (it happened several times during years), i was experimenting with microdosing, using smaller and smaller doses, moving from stronger to lighter meds etc. it all worked during "good times", but when the next crisis hit i always collapsed.
from now on i accepted the situation would not change, ever, i leave my doctor to decide my meds and i stick to it

there's no golden mine. this job enables me to pause for days or weeks if i need to, but on the end one must work to get the money.
and it's never jackpot, it's always the money that keeps you above the water and maybe a bit more to put aside, but no early pension, no getting rich

UPDATE
i wrote the first post in burst, so some details are vague and misleading (as i can see from the replies).
i tried to update the first post, but it looks like it's not possible.

extra:
- it's not about toxic environment (office) screwing my mental health, it's about my mental illness forcing me to change my job
- it's not a temporarily situation, it's chronic depression and it's here to stay, for the rest of my life. ok, maybe total dementia will eclipse it in the end :)
- my current therapy is selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (ssri) + reversible inhibitor of monoamine oxidase a (rima). no side effects
- i had a fairly good childhood and life (except war), people around love me, the illness is mostly genetic.

from my experience, advice for people in similar situation (chronic mental illness):
- do anything that makes you feel good (gym, family, friends...) - but it's not enough, don't leave meds
- if you feel good for months it doesn't mean it will last forever - don't leave meds
- trust the judgment of your doctor, don't experiment on your own with meds
- the illness is a permanent part of your life, if needed you must reorganize your life accordingly. for me it was a radical change in career, for you it might be something else
- accept the situation as it is, act rationally, and try to make the best of it. don't be a hero
- you are not alone.

I have severe anxiety and I am on many pills for years but also I will never accept this to be "Chronical" "Permanent" state. I will become a true man and iron minded and get of the pills. I never gave up anything in my life nor I will do with this bullshit that attacked me. I am seeing great progress in last year with this kind of attitude and I will not stop till I am fully strong exceptional man. I itentionally avoid saying till I am cured or similar words.

it's dangerous to give advice on such sensitive and serious subject, but i can say this: i was there (i call it "being a hero"), more than once, and every time it ended really bad.
"chronic" is not my diagnose but my doctor's. if your state is different, if it is temporarily, one day you can live without meds and i wish you that day to come as soon as possible.

How doctor can know if its chronic or not? Can they see the future? I strongly believe that every anxiety or depression can be beaten if you actually give 100% of yourself and especially in those bad days. Those days are the most important. Its gonna take a lot of time of course but i belive it can be done.

More serious mental problems like shizo are something else. Till I dont see or hear non existing people, I am fully convinced I can beat anything. :D

i will not try to persuade you :)
but if you want to ask me anything about my therapy, including difference between "everyday" and chronic depression, and how my doctor diagnosed it, i'll tell you

Thanks but no, I usually dont interfere a lot in these discussions, this was exception. More you fuel it and talk about it, you more give away your power to some "illness" instead of beign a man. I dont care how I feel, I accept it and dont think about it as some disease, but chance to improve myself.

I wish you all the best bro, you can do it. <3
