Unless you're a multi-billionaire or a very high government official, no, you didn't get hacked.
Hacking via email like that would require very serious 0-day exploits, and absolutely no one would ever waste an exploit that could be sold for tens of millions to attack you.

so that was a random email? The content of the email looked like the sender really spent time on writing that long shit...

Those senders prey on people like you, feed into the paranoia and pro tray you as defenseless as possible.
Yeah... i use this email for website sign ups..random stuff..but i always make sure the websites are legit. it's not my personal email. i was just worrying about my iphone.

Everything is good.. I can't login on another browser.. Maybe i forgot the password..dont remember the recovery email password too. I already removed the email from my iphone...so can't even use the other sign-in options via phone like tapping on that security number to login is how i logged in always...for the past few months..
though the email is logged in one browser currently...if i logout then i'll lose this email..any way i can secure it...as its asking to login whenever i click to secure in any way...

Are you able to go in and change recovery email?
You should start using a Password Manager like BitWarden honestly
Save you from all this remembering mess
I'm able to but it's asking me to login before I set, add or change recovery email.
