I used to own a CPA company and we had an in house person that handled that.

It is not as easy as one thinks as that gets caught early and often with a mid level of security and you would be wasting your time as the payments would never see the light of day.

Yeah, it is a necessary part of the business.

How my guy handled that, I do not know, but I know he handled it well... in fact so well I gave him 20% of the company.

mmdcash has a lot of those those @ $40. (used to be $60 but they decreased globally for unknown reasons)
bigbucksrevenue has few of those @ $35.
both networks are legit and i can vouch for. they should let you in without any referrals. in your interview just be honest with where you're getting traffic and what you're doing. they're likely OK with whatever scheme you have cooked up on those blank checkout cc submits. majority of people use them for just 1 reason.
they have similar or identical landers to what clickdealer has (im an aff there too).
once you start earning you can always attempt to negotiate higher payout.
