Two weeks ago FB disabled my buisness account for a page that had 500K followers and I been using since 2014. I have been in business since 2014 and my feedback was 4.1 and less than a month it dropped to 0.7. I contacted them and they are no help. They called me and always have someone talking to me that don't really speak English. Also, I told them I don't think that score reflects my business. The rep. didn't even no what a feedback score was! I told her I believe someone was sabotaging my business. Some competitors copied my brand products and she told me to file a police report... WTF

Then I get this morning they banned my personal account. They want me to upload license.

Does anyone know how I would buy a new business manager account? Would I need proxies, can I still advertise my buisness with new FB business manager account? Should I advertise on Google, Bing, Pinterest, etc?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Would suggest you stick to getting back your business account since 500k REAL followers is not easy to achieve. You would definitely need an agency with direct facebook contact.

Unfortunetly, I can't review FB any longer. They said it's final. I don't know how an ad agency would work to get my account back.

Yes you can still advertise it, but look for online advertising accounts

Why can't you use the 500k signed page? The advertising account is dead, but you can still use that page to run ads.

I didn't know that. How would I do that with a new advertising account? Request the page? My personal account is also banned and I don't have access to anything.

They disabled the marketplace features on my personal account. Surprisingly, they restored it.

I kept trying again and again, and eventually, it was restored around a year later.

So, keep trying.

Low feedback score. I told them it had to be competitors. Also, everytime they want to call me and they don't speak english or understand anything and tell mre sorry nothing I they can't do. I'm polite to them. I created another page and boom they restricted everything.
