Looking for advice on how would experienced sales and marketing peeps here would sell the 12M leads database of ecommerce store?

I was thinking of starting with cold emailing to marketing agencies.

What would you do in my place?

We have been scraping for more than 6 months so we did verify at that time but i suppose very few of them might be dead. Many stores open or get shut down every week. But I recently sold to an agency and they gave me a positive response.

Well, if you had customers email addresses not only social profiles data would have been of more value IMO. If my understanding is correct the whole thing needs further segmentation.
