YouTube reposting on a new channel

I have a YouTube account with +30,000 subscribers. After not being active, changing the niche and name a few times, I now started posting again and of course, got 10-200 views on 11 new videos.

Is there a chance the channel could be revived? As soon as one of my videos gained traction and got 200 views it completely got cut off and stopped gaining views.

My plan B is to make a new channel with an anti detect browser and a free vpn (or proxies if it's worth buying) and just re-upload the same 11 new videos i posted throughout the last month.
Would it kill the growth of both accounts or could it work?

There's always a chance for an uptick but a new channel would have been better because you wouldn't have to fight the infamous time decay function for dormant channels.

I don't know honestly. I haven't ever been serious on YouTube. Someone else who knows will answer you or go to YouTube and figure it out by doing like everything else in life.
